Screen Cornwall was set up to drive economic growth in the screen sector, defined as film, TV, games and immersive. Our activity focuses on marketing Cornwall’s screen sector assets outside the region, providing a one-stop shop for information about crew, locations and services, as well as supporting talented local freelancers and businesses to achieve their potential.
The new Film Office Coordinator role will be integral to the growth of Screen Cornwall’s Film Office through providing excellent administrative support, customer service and communications. We are a small friendly team who work in an agile manner and are seeking someone who is happy to be an office-based anchor for our various projects and programmes within the film offices.
We believe that a more diverse workforce is a more productive, engaged and successful one too, so we want to encourage people from all backgrounds and walks of life to come and share their talents with us. It should go without saying that we don’t discriminate based on factors such as age, race, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity. By embracing diversity we foster a happy, welcoming environment for everyone on our team. The things that matter to us are your ability, aptitude, potential, passion and drive rather than your qualifications, so there are no formal minimum requirements.
How to apply: please send your CV and a covering email detailing why you are interested in this role to karen@screencornwall.com by 20st January at noon, with interview w/c 27th January at Krowji in Redruth.
